Preparation
It’s a pastry common in the famous village of Dolceacqua. Dissolve some yeast in lukewarm water and add it to the flour with eggs, sugar, butter, grated lemon zest, a pinch of salt and some Marsala wine. Place in a oven at 200° and bake until the crust is golden brown.

Wine suggested: vermentino
