If you are interested in a olive oil taste session, Dr. Giovanni Riva is ready to reach you all over the world and present the necessary rules of judgment for the valutation of the characteristic flavours to be found in extravirgin olive oils.
The judgment will be on various selections of extravirgin olive oils choosen by Dr. Riva.
The tasting should be done with maximum twenty persons and the language used will be English. For the taste session, transport costs and overnight stay to be charged to the client who orders the service.
Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance on Dr. Riva’s bank account.
