Extra Virgin Olive Oil “Taggiasca Cultivar”
This is a distinctly sweet , fragrant and fruity unfilter olive oil in the west ligurian style. This premium extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from the highest quality local olives, the taggiasca.
A low peroxide content deters rancidity and a high vitamin E, A and K content, is assured to be savoured alone on bread “the bruschetta” or as a drizzle on to soups, pasta and beans.
